About The School

The Japanese School, New Delhi was established on September 1, 1964, officially recognized by the Government of India on February 20, 1989. Recognized as an overseas educational institution for Elementary and Middle School, by the Japanese Ministry of Education on December 12, 1994. The school provides six years of elementary school education and three years of middle school education and follows the same curriculum applicable to the regular schools in Japan.

The School is managed by “The Gakko Bunka Education Society” registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860).
